The Hair Maglev chiller is an oil free centrifugal chiller
The unit adopts the turbo inverter compressor technology and frictionless technology, which will enhance the energy efficiency of the system. This compressor is high efficient environment friendly refrigerant of R134A. The unit uses magnetic levitation technology, which means there is no friction in the system so no oil is needed. No oil in chiller means no oil fouling and contamination over time, thereby lowering preventive maintenance costs.
Our AHU are designed with main points in mind:
Global Standards, Economic and Fully Customizable.

Coil Type Heat Exchangers
Fabricated using round copper tubes and fins with fabricated back-plate and metal casing, these heat exchangers can reject heat, at an ambient temperature of 36°C - 42°C, up to 5MW. For harsh environment, special fabrications using copper fins or blue-coated aluminum fins are also accepted.
ACCU - 1/2" diameter copper tubes, at 40°F suction, 120°F condensing temperatures, 95°F ambient temperature with 1000 CFM and 15000 BTUH heat rejection per TR capacity.
Capacity ranges from 2 up to 120(TR) tons refrigeration, using refrigerants. We also supply ACCU units, using refrigerants for special applications with the same capacity range.
A/C duct is made out of G.I. sheet, complete with SMACNA standard insulation, angular support, duct hangers, anchor bolts, corner beads, duct complete with snap hook, using 10oz vinyl polyester, including hardware equipment such as turnbuckles, cable clamps and wire ropes. Our service includes leak testing, observation and commissioning of the system.
General Characteristics:
Panels are made of rigid expanded polyurethane composite material covered on both faces with embossed aluminum sheet, suitable for the construction of ducts in air-conditioning, heating ad ventilating systems.
Sizes and Weight:
The standard thickness is 20.3mm, with tolerance of +/- 0.4 mm. The panel weighs 1.4kgs/sqm; the weight of finished duct may differ depending on the number of joints needed. On average a finished duct weighs at around 1.9kg/s m.sq. The standard width of a panel is 1.2 meters, with tolerance of +/- 4mm.
Chemical-Physical Properties:
Insulating material: the expanded polyurethane rigid foam, of which the panel is made, is due to a chemical reaction between its principal components (polyols and isocyanates) combined in proper quatities with no other special additives. The density of expanded PU is 48kg/cu. m. with tolerance of +/- 2kgs./ cu.m. Both sides are covered in aluminum sheets with thickness of 80 microns.
Resistance to Compression:
The resistance to compression is 2.4 kg/sqm.
Thermal Conductivity:
Thanks to the high number of closed cells (more than 95%), the coefficient of thermal conductivity in accordance to UNI 7745/77 is 0.0195 W/m.K, at the temperature of +15°C.
Fire Retardant Properties:
According to Italian Fire Regulations, these panels have been classified as belonging to Class 0-2 (DM 26/06/84). The Fire testing has been carried out according to CSE RF 3/77 and CSE RF2/75A. According to British Standard 476 part 6 and 7, the panel achieved Class 0 (zero).
Temperatures:
The temperatures to which these ducts might be exposed range from -80 to +80°C. Under these temperatures there is no record of, any alteration in the product insulating performance nor the panel characteristics.
Pressure inside the ducts:
Lennox PU Duct Sytems can be used in plants where the maximum pressure is 1500 Pascals. The resistance of these ducst to pressure depends on the duct size and on the number of joints. We advise to strictly follow the suggestions in the technical card regarding the technical standards for the construction of ducts.
Joint System:
The joining of the different parts of the ducts is made through particular aluminum profiles, which thanks to their shape enable a very easy and quick assembling of ducts. The profiles are fixed to the ducts through.
Joint System:
The joining of the different parts of the ducts is made through particular aluminum profiles, which thanks to their shape enable a very easy and quick assembling of ducts. The profiles are fixed to the ducts through special adhesive glue. In order to avoid air losses from the joints it is necessary to use an adhesive rubber gasket, which is then put inside every joint. In order to avoid any problems in assembling the ducts, it is suggested not to use systems of joining other than the Lennox PU Duct System.
Air Losses
The particular system of joining the ducting guarantees excellent performance as regards to air losses. The ENGLISH LEAKING TEST (DW 142) classifies the ducts in relation to the pressure they are put through and to the amount of air they lose.
CLASS A: Maximum air losses allowed: 1.53 Lps/sqm. at pressures of 500 Pascal.
CLASS B: Maximum air losses allowed: 0.80 Lps/sqm. at pressures of 500 Pascal.
CLASS C: Maximum air losses allowed: 0.42 Lps/sqm. at pressures of 2,000 Pascal.
Lennox PU Ducting is classified as Class A; however, the maximum pressure, which it can withstand, is 1500 Pascal.
Air Speed:
These ducts can be used in applications where the air speed reaches 20/22 m/s.
Hanging and Anchorages:
Right ducts reach the maximum length of 4 m. The anchorages, too, may be put at a distance of 4 m. between them. As it regards curves and particulary pieces which are assembled through aluminum profiles, we do suggest not to exceed 3 m. between the anchorages.
Water and Chemical Resistance:
Our ducts may be washed and exposed to rain without any alteration in the duct characteristics. The behavior of the duct to oxidation is the same behavior of aluminum. The ducts must not be used in plants where solid material (rejects, etc.) and air with acids and corrosive solvents are contained.
Another variety of coil used for heat generating equipment, this coil is better known as steam coil.
This coils is preferred mostly by luandry industries, other industrial purposes are heating, drying and dehumidifying applications.
Steam coils sizes are specified mostly by the clients depending on steam required.
Coil specifications and sizes vary from 100 to 400 pounds for laundry requirements.
Air-Cooled Condenser Coil - Manufactured base on 95°F ambient, 120°F condensing and 40°F suction temperatures, using R-22 as refrigerant, sizes and capacities ranges from 2TR - 120TR (Tons of refrigeration).
Coils are carefully leak tested at 350 PSIG with nitrogen gas and sealed.
